Data Collected from This Integration:
What Data Lema Ingests from Google Workspace
- Once the Google Workspace integration is enabled, Lema continuously ingests activity and access signals to provide visibility into how third-party applications and users interact with your environment.
- Lema consumes data from the Google Workspace Activity Report (activity logs), focusing on authentication and application usage events.
- For each user activity record, Lema extracts and analyzes:
- User identity – the account associated with the activity
- Last authorization timestamp – when the user last authenticated or granted access
- Permissions and access scope – the level of access granted to applications
- Used applications (solutions) – which Google Workspace or third-party apps the user actively interacts with
Historical Data Coverage
Upon initial connection, Lema automatically pulls up to 6 months of historical activity data.
This ensures immediate baseline visibility and allows risk analysis to reflect past behavior—not only new events after integration.
