How to Integrate Jira via external Webhooks with Lema - 10 minutes

1. Generate a Webhook URL in Lema
- Go to the Integrations page and click + Add Integration, select Webhook, and provide the following details in the input fields:
- Identifier: This is an optional identifier for the Webhook used for internal management.

- Click Generate Webhook URL and wait for the pop up with the new Webhook.

- Click Copy & Close to copy the Webhook URL to your clipboard. IMPORTANT: This is the only time you can view and copy your URL. Make sure to copy and keep it somewhere safe.
2. Configure your automation rule in Jira
The automation rule will allow you to define the trigger in Jira upon which the WebHook request will create a new vendor in Lema.
- Go to Settings → System → Global Automation

- Click on Create Rule
